- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. We process orders during our business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping:
Delivery time: 3-7 business days
This is our most economical option and delivers within a reasonable timeframe. - Expedited Shipping:
Delivery time: 2-3 business days
For faster delivery, choose this option at checkout. - Priority Shipping:
Delivery time: 1-2 business days
This is the fastest shipping option, perfect for urgent orders.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or in the event of weather-related delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- You will see the exact shipping cost during checkout before confirming your order.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order, as we cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, sometimes delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or issues with the carrier. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist in replacing or refunding the damaged products.
8. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, depending on availability and processing times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. However, please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
